Sean Holden has been appointed the new Chief Executive of the Local Government Association of the Northern Territory (LGANT), following the retirement of Tony Tapsell.

A former resident of the Northern Territory, Mr Holden has spent the past three years in Adelaide as the Senior Policy Adviser (Economic Development) with the Local Government Association of South Australia.

His past experience includes working as a ministerial adviser for three SA State Government departments, for media and for the Whyalla and Port Augusta councils.

Mr Holden will attend the LGANT Conference in Alice Springs from 6 to 8 November 2019.
