Universities want LG input on walking, cycling research priorities

Councils are being invited to take part in a joint Monash University/RMIT project to identify research priorities to advance active transport in Australia.

University researchers funded by the Victorian Health Promotion Foundation are undertaking two related surveys to develop a list of critical questions that need to be addressed to advance active transport in Australia.

The first survey (Phase 1) generated a synthesised list of questions.

The objective of this second survey (Phase 2) is to rank the synthesised list of questions to develop a final prioritised list of questions that need to be addressed to advance active transport in Australia. This survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

The survey closes on 11 December.
